Fresh petitions filed in SC against Section 377
New Delhi [India], Apr. twenty seven (ANI): recent petitions were filed within the Supreme Court on weekday against Section 377 of the Indian legal code (IPC), that criminalises gayness.
The petitioners, World Health Organization emotional the apex court ar Ashok Rao Kavi, Humsafar Trust and Arif Jafar.
Their pray comes simply six days when decision maker Keshav Suri, too, filed a plea during this regard within the prime court.
