Ayodhya case: SC asks mediation panel to submit report by July twenty five

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on weekday directed the mediation panel within the Ayodhya land dispute case to submit an in depth report by July twenty five.

On a plea for Associate in Nursing early hearing within the case, a bench headed by jurist Ranjan Gogoi ascertained that it’ll sit up for the report by the mediators.

“We have found out a mediation panel. we are going to have to be compelled to sit up for the report. Let the mediators submit a report,” the bench aforementioned.

However, the counsel for the Muslim parties contested the stand of the petitioner.

Senior attorney, Dr Rajeev Dhavan, showing for one in all the Muslim parties, said, “This isn’t the time to criticise the mediation committee.”

The court had on March eight deep-seated a three-member panel, chaired by former Supreme Court choose Fakkir Mohamed Abraham Kalifulla, for exploring potentialities of Associate in Nursing friendly settlement to the land dispute.
